About the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR)

The National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives is an organization composed of individuals that represent claimants seeking SSD/SSI benefits. Our attorneys greatly benefit from attending their conferences and those benefits are passed along to our clients.  For example, we learn about new laws that may help or hurt our clients’ cases, as well as new tactics that we can utilize in hearings, federal court, and beyond. The conference includes several days of seminars, meetings, and workshops.
There have been many unfavorable law changes in the last few years that negatively impact claimants and the attorneys that represent them. Overall, these laws have made it even harder for people to obtain the Social Security benefits they deserve. This makes keeping on top of the newest laws and tactics even more important.
