How long does it take to get a hearing on a Social Security disability claim?

Social security disability claims usually takes approximately 12 to 24 months to get a hearing. It largely depends on the region for which you are applying for benefits. Back logs are different in other parts of the country, here in Northeast Ohio the wait time is usually anywhere between 18 to 24 months. Social security is working on getting that wait time shorter.

We focus our practice on handling Social Security Disability (SSD), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Veterans’ disability claims for individuals and families in the Northeast Ohio region.

We are passionate about our work, and our firm has helped thousands upon thousands of people since it first opened.

We can help you, too. For a free consultation, send us an e-mail or call 877-230-5500.
